Distance counseling has become an increasingly popular option offering great freedom and privacy for the client.  

Initial telephone consultations are approximately 1 to 1-1/2 hours in length and are scheduled after client has completed and returned an initial comprehensive health questionnaire. At such time the goals of the client are discussed and any questions the client has can be addressed. Extensive research is put into establishing the proper approaches for each client consisting of dietary suggestions, supplementation, natural therapies, herbal alternatives, exercise options, spiritual counseling and lifestyle essentials to encourage the natural healing processes of the body, mind and spirit.

 

• Follow-up sessions are recommended on a weekly, monthly, or on an as-needed basis, dependent on the clients needs and/or goals. Follow-up sessions are generally 30 minutes in length.

• E-mail consultations are an inexpensive way to obtain thoughtful professional consideration of your individual concerns. They offer the client the time to sort out their thoughts and write them down and maintain privacy while achieving the supportive services they deserve.

Client e-mail addresses and other identifying information are not sold, rented, or otherwise shared with any other organization, group, individual, or entity.
